Endura Knee

Using a patented design created by the CEO/Founder Sarah Malinowski, this joint mimics our natural knee movement. This is done by looking at our natural femoral-tibial joint articulation and converting that into a mechanical mechanism. As a Mechanical engineer, Sarah saw this as a complex mechanism problem and devoted her Thesis for a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at George Washington University to this research. The promotion of natural gait from the user lowers long-term injuries which lowers medical bills and pain for the user.

This design uses an actuator to help cushion the landing with each step. There is no manual adjustment from the user. Allowing an All-In-One prosthetic design. This design is also build to last, making is more durable than other unpowered knees of its kind.

Gone are the days of needing 2 or 3 different prosthetic legs for specific uses.
